The Avengers (2012)

Tumblr: destroying my life with stealth feels since 2012.

You know what? I know that Superhusbands is a thing, but out of all the Avengers, Bruce the one who actually wants a kid, you know? Like, Tony is probably terrified he’d be a shit dad, Steve can barely function in this century, let alone know shit like Pedialyte is, Natasha’s not emotional ready for a child, Clint’s too reckless and restless to settle down, Thor would be great with kids but we don’t even know if he can have them with Jane, being an alien and all, and Bruce before the Other Guy might not have been the best dad (some versions of Bruce had him have anger management issues), but this Bruce is simultaneously the best possible candidate for dadhood and also the worst. What strengthened his character also took away any benefits - close friendships, a family, children - he could have gained by it.

So my friend pointed this out to me…

Can we just take a second

to appreciate

the fact that

Thor

has Loki’s horn motif

engraved

in his vambraces?

A sign to commemorate a fallen comrade/brother in arms/friend. If you notice in Lord of the Rings, Aragorn took Boromir’s vambraces after he died, and proceeded to wear them for the remainder of the series.

THIS IS GREAT YOU GUYS, OKAY?

That is amazing! o_O
